We provide trained nurse in older adults, to take care of your beloved family member at home based on your need.
A 12 hrs. 8 hrs. or customized shift schedule is flexible.
Our team do all basic nursing care; they also do comprehensive geriatric assessment.
The data is entered in an Electronic Health Record so our specialized team (Clinical nurse specialist in older adult
and geriatrician, etc.) can check it and recommend feedback or be consulted in addition you can track data if needed.
A customized plan of care is applied based on the assessment.
An Elderly wellness plan in coordination with our multidisciplinary team is also feasible to keep your beloved one
healthy, good Quality of life and to live a decent aging.
